What a Session Looks Like

Each session is programmed by our coaches and includes a dynamic warm-up to prepare your body and prevent injury, strength training using free weights, machines, and bodyweight exercises, conditioning and metabolic work to burn fat and build endurance, and a cool-down and mobility work to support recovery. Sessions are typically 45 to 60 minutes and are designed to challenge every fitness level. Your coach will scale exercises up or down based on your ability.
